"I have two ringtones... One is "She Said, She Said" and the other is "If I Needed Someone" . SS,SS occurs when family calls, and IINS occurs when friends call. They both work very well as ringtones due to the great intros."

Stuart,
You've been very helpful with posting pics; mind telling us where you got your ring tones?

And Glenn, get to work on that doorbell!!

I don't want to go completely off topic, but now I am just waiting on the 325C64 and the 1996. I got into the mix much later in the game on the 325, so I have a feeling it may be a while. But no worries, I have some gear to keep me busy.

John K: My friend had purchased a new cell phone around the 4th of July, and he called me up and asked me to pick a song... so I picked 'She Said, She Said' first, and then 'If I Needed Someone.' He sent them as a ".midi" file in a text message. I had to download them through the phone (an option that will automatically display if someone sends you a text message accompanied by a file), and then select them as my ringtone in the tools menu.

I highly recommend Beatle ringtones ;). By the way, my friend managed to get the songs from the computer to the phone, and that's how he was able to transfer them to me. I think the phone had a USB plug-in or something.

I have an mp3 capable phone, and have edited my own ringtones. I have the chorus from "Yellow Submarine", the openings from "Lady Madonna" and "Eight Days A Week", and I have the opening chorus (starting from the rooster crow) of "Good Morning, Good Morning" as my alarm signal.
Ka is a wheel.

Stuart,
Thanks for the wisdom on the ring tones. Now I just gotta figure out that Owner's Manual...maybe I'll give my phone to one of the kids...I'd probably have it back in less than 5 minutes.

Thanks, Ben, for the info, and thanks John K. for the good wishes, but I'm thinking that this round my "hiccup" is just going to end up being gas. (And not the good G.A.S....)
