I would like to see the Emerald Green that was offered on the 4004 basses a few years back offered on the guitars. Green happens to be my favorite color, so if a new Rickenbacker guitar was offered in that color, I would have to pull the trigger on one.

I'd love to see something like a black burst or something with some sparkle in it .. like a gold dust or silver sparkle .. that would be sw-weeeeeeet!!

Ohhhh yeah.... Silverburst would be really cool!

That beautiful Greenglo (sic) is by far the foxiest color!

If your a Leprechaun

Could someone with photoshop or any other program take a solid white Rickenbacker picture and try changing the colors of everything but the body? So, instead of a MID Blue guitar with white guards, binding, TRC, etc, how about:

White guitar with Blue Binding, Blue Guards, Blue TRC with White "Rickenbacker" lettering, maybe a white neck (like a Tuxedo) with Blue triangle inlays, etc?
Or the above with all Ruby/Red instead?

Changing the colors of the plastic are a bit easier for the regular person to do. And, I haven't seen much done except for Black trim, Gold trim, and occasional real wood trim (Lightshows excepted).

Translucent Green. Still available on the 4004 Cheyenne II.

Your picture just looks like a Seafoam Green guitar with the Black Trim option. Cool, but not exactly what I was thinking of.

I never understood why Two-Tone/Autumnglo/Walnut/Montezuma Brown types of dark sunburst have come and gone so often, in my mind they should be as standard as Fireglo. They've certainly been around long enough.

Plus 1 for some type of dark brown / walnut sunburst.

Blue Boy and Sea Green sure are beautiful. And I personally love brick shades for fretless Rics; autumnglo, fireglo, ect.

But for a great all-around more common color I would love to see added, I'd have to give my vote to white.
