How many forumites are still waiting for a 360/12C63 from NCM? I'm #23 on Gary's list.

I'm #10 at NCM now. Was hoping that little "hiccup" Ben talked about in a previous post would be enough to get one to me. It's kind of hard to know for sure if anything's shipped recently. I look at the RIC shipping page every day, but no C63s have gone out to NCM.

I think.

Pardon my ignorance, I'm a Johnny come lately here, is the 360/12C63 a reissue of the "Harrison" 12 string?

Any big differences from the modern 12?

What is the going rate to purchase one of them?

Thanks

Yes, it's an exact (or as close as possible) of George's famous Rick that he got in New York in Feb. 1964. The list price is around $3200, but the street price is usually better. I ordered mine in March 2005 from North Coast Music, and I don't know if the "street price" has gone up. I had read that some retailers (like Musician's Friend) had raised their price due to scarcity.

Yikes! That sounds like a big list price for any Rick. Usually RIC is pretty good on their pricing, is this a tough one to build?

Rudy's had one at $2900, but you're paying that 48th. St. NYC hiked-up price. I'm quite sure it'd be cheaper anywhere else.

Street prices can be 25-30% less.
