I think the real reason they leave us hanging is to laugh at all the crazy ideas people come up with.
Yeah, I agree!

That said, I think they are going to come out with a Rickenbacker version of a Steinberger headless...

That'd make me flip out...

Rob, I have seen the TP12 in Yellow. It's the only color that looks terrible on them, and I've seen all their colors at one time or another. Even the Bulls-Eye looks better.

Bryce, I tossed that in, just for you!
Just goes to show, I HATE the bullseye on the Waterstone 12ver!! Different strokes, I suppose.

Ok, how about a WHITE short scale?

Just because it is a very rare occasion that I get to correct you, I believe you are thinking of Goldilocks.

It wasn't a guitar tech. It was a little old man in Soho. I think when the paint came off when the LSD wore off. As for me. I love it.

I neither love nor hate the MMT bass paint job.

Instead, I enjoy it.

It's exuberant and unaffected by anything 'ceptin' chemical substances. And it is a challenge to replicate without it looking phony and forced. A thoroughly enjoyable project, in other words.

I for one do NOT want Rick to release any of their products in yellow!

Not likely, IMO.

Seafoam Green is a neat color, but much of its appeal is in its rarity. As for banana yellow, it is one color that I've never seen look good on any guitar. That's right, any.)
oh yeah...my in progress Laredo refinish..... :D

That'll look good with white plastic. If you go with black, it'll look like a bumble bee.

All my Ampegs were made here and good used ones are available. Ampegs are made in China now by the way.
