"ORIGINAL bands here don't make any money...."

My ORIGINAL band just had a song used on "Veronica Mars", it paid for our new CD. Both of our earlier CDs were paid for from money made at shows, does any of that count?

Ronn, that certainly counts, although I was meaning more actual GIG money, but still, you must be one of the lucky ones that provides hope for the rest of us! I've never met an unsigned originals band in 20-odd years who made any serious money (well, maybe in a couple of genres). Hopefully the internet may help change that...
