Bush regularly completely mangles the English language like I just did. I should have used the word have instead of has, which is classic Bushism.
One of his gems:
"Rarely has the question been asked, IS our children still learning"
Should have been ARE. is: singular, are: plural

I didn't follow it through. I saw some cool vintage gear (not basses) in Paris, Ihad my eye on a Mustang but decided to hold out for a 480 instead!
