Well Ronn, if you can't get a 50 year old, a pair of 25's will do just as nicely. !!!!

I have a Hamer B12S and one song that sounds great on it is 'Sweet Emotion', though I play it an octave lower.

"I also celebrated my 47 birthday last month. Oh, and my wife will be 25 in September, not bad for an 'older guy'."

Hey Ronn... I'm going to be 48 in November and my wife just turned 30...

Must be a bass player thing!

49 here...wife 36. Of course, none of us compete with Bill Wyman, but he didn't play a Rick so what does he know!

39, my wife is 48. With the life expectancy the way it is, we could possible wind down together!

Congratulations to her, Ronn...and to you!

Les, I'm also 49...and my 'common-law' wife is 36, as well. I didn't set out to find a younger woman, nor was she looking for an older man...just someone compatible enough to be able to carry on conversations, and we play together in three bands, so that helps...

But what the hell, maybe it is a 'bass player thing'...
