Ebay security center is the way to report a fraudulent listing. I do it any time we uncover a Rickenfaker, or in the case of the Chinese LK a fake auction. It's a menu driven process and is fairly easy to use.

In the case of fake Rickenbacker items, we'd really prefer that you notify us at [email protected] rather than reporting it directly to eBay. That way we can document the infringement, not only so we can consider direct action against the seller, but also against eBay should the Tiffany lawsuit ultimately provide us the precedent.

Fraudulent auctions, i.e. those that lift other people's photos of genuine goods, should, of course, be reported directly to eBay.
