I use D'Addario Chromes in the Super Soft set with the .060 D string replaced with a .055. I am toying with the idea of going back to the TI Jazz Rounds for one or two of the basses; I recently got a P Bass California and the rounds on it (GHS Boomers, not my first choice) are addicting!

Man, if John brings two of everything there won't be room for anyone else's instruments!

Yes, you'll know JWilli has arrived when the 18-wheeler is parked outside of the hotel, LOL...

It should be a good'n, folks!!

I need to be pushed over the edge. I've got frequent flyer miles I can cash in, and my nephew lives in Haymarket, less than an hour's drive. Maybe I can keep my Confluence attendance perfect (this will be No. 4, by the way). Gotta shoot more basses for the book. John Williams, is that 4005 Blue Boy a refin?

Paul, there's always going to be basses you haven't seen. Sorry, but you must be there.

Tools, Jeff? For a sushi bar? Now I'm nervous..

For the guitars and basses? Yes tools would help. I think a parts swap is probably in order. We should all bring some extra parts and stuff to swap.

John, I realize RIC doesn't do customer refins anymore but I'm curious to know what the turnaround time and cost was on your refin?

Well, since I don't see any 4002's on the list I'll have to attend. Image
This will give me a good chance to show off my refinished 4002 from Dale Fortune, and especially to meet some fellow forumites.
I have yet to see in person a 4005, and I know Jeff, and Chris will have a few there, and Brian's Lemmy. How can I pass this up.
Thanks for getting this together John!

That looks more like a "Rique" than a Rick....
