Y'know, I've heard many things described as being "better than sex". However, I've yet to find anything for which that description actually applies when put to the test.

Awesome photos. In the bass shots at the end, we see a bass with three and one tuner set up like a Music Man. That's no Ric I ever seen.

I believe that's the prototype that Forrest White built when he worked at Rickenbacker Marc.
Rickenbacker didn't quite like the look of it and rejected it as a possible model.
Forrest White later went on to work with Musicman....so I suppose that bass could be considered as the Musicman prototype...built at Rickenbacker!
