These guys are really obscure, Brian. They also did a movie soundtrack with Quincy Jones and cut a rendition of one my favorites by Love, 7 and 7 Is. They did a Bond tune and I believe he wrote the liner notes for their first album.

Peter according to info I have found they were a octet not a sextet, the film you mention I believe is Connecting Rooms in which they contribute one song but no record of them being in the movie or should I say credited in the movie.
Your teasers are certainly challenging though.

They had a brief cameo on Connecting Rooms, Roy, and contributed a song, maybe two, to the movie Toy Grabbers.

Thanks Stan as far as I know no soundtrack to Toy Grabbers, called Mother in Uk, but don't doubt you at all on that.
I'll concede I have never heard of the band.
We're learning all the time eh!

Good reason you can't find it Roy, the soundtrack was never released. Guess I should have said this earlier. I suppose their music appeared only on the film...
