It's back up.. bidding starting at $1. No bids yet. I wonder why eBay doesn't have a way to alert them about this stuff?

You can report it to ebay as a fake or fraudulent auction and they will act. THe original link says the bidding has ended for this item, and the seller has nothing else for sale.

Oh ok... I guess because it was a private auction, it doesn't show the total... just says starting bid $1...

He responded to my email saying "try again" with "thanks for using ebay"
The current listing just says the sale was terminated by the seller & all bids were cancelled.
