Seeing Ken's MB bass was seeing a beautiful looking instrument. I think Ken has reversed his thinking on this.

I think that may have been the nicest looking bass there and that is saying plenty considering the competition!

I like the darker brown. I think it goes much better with the gold plastic. The color looks exactly like the Montezuma brown on a 4004 I say on Pick of the Ricks.

Actually, yeah, the gold makes it much better. It really draws contrast between the really dark edges and the more orange-ish center, whereas before, you had dark edges, a bit of orange, and then suddenly HUGE WHITE PICKGUARD!!! Looks great now.
