Randy - so you've basically given up on customizing a Rick into a potatohead 8? Darn, I was planning on living vicariously through you on that one.

Sorry... I am still looking at it though.. I might get a wild hair and go for it..?? But I doubt it. You need something to live for or at least laugh at I'll keep you posted on this keyboard/bassplayer set up I am working on. By the time I am done I will probalbly have a couple a grand in it. That willbe worth a chuckle or two

At the current market rate of about $1,000 a chuckle, that sounds about right...

Actually, it was more that I was really interested in the same kind of thing with regards to the 8 string, but not quite brave enough to do it myself. Maybe I will though - someday.

Looks like a big piece of sushi...needs a case with seaweed-green velour lining and a wasabi-colored strap...
