I'm part of the "cap club", too - that d*mn thing cost me a '79 Azureglo that I let go for WAAAY too cheap.

Strangely, upon reflection I think my 72 sounds marginally better with the cap, although the difference is surprisingly slim....

Played my 4001 the other night...
