Ken S. had one made for his f-hole 4005 that looks great. I have one for my Rick Turner Renaissance RB4FL, and had one for my earlier RB5FL a couple years ago.
The Ren case would fit the 4005 perfectly after the custom fit interior is reconfigured for the shape of the 4005!

Congrats Edgar! Being the man who posted the link, I almost feel like I had a hand in this acquisition. Therefore, I'm going to require that you name you bass Bob. Simple request, right?

My last 4005 was called Kathleen. Not sure what I'll name the new one. Bobette?

I will contact Ken and as for the BG 4005 in Japan, I'm going to pass since I'm going to be holding out for a late model 4005 that is a fixer upper for a project.
I have to say, thank you all for your support and help. I'm glad I've joined this forum and looking forward to more fun.
