Just out of interest, what's the earliest azure 4001 anyone is aware of? I've never seen one before '72, although doubtless they exist.

According to Mike P's site, you could get one in 1969. I have only seen them after 72 as well.

With all due respect to Mike Parks information page on finishes, i've found it to be not as accurate as I wished and thought it was.
