Man I am on cloud nine. Went and bought one of those little A/B boxes so I could split it. It's not as heavy as I expected but after a few days when I can't get out of bed I'll probably change my tune!

So when do you split the 4080 into TWO one of a kind instruments, and then sell them on .fr ebay?!?!?

Tear-drop shaped bodies look pretty hot... and John and Ben could not take you to court.

It is a win-win situation in so many ways. ;P

J, you could get real crazy and do the two "A/B" box thing, with using the Ric O sound box. Now you will need 4 amps.

Yes, it is sad but I have done it.. Image

I felt a little self conscious about posting it, but yes... I did think of that earlier today. Wow, it's strange, but I feel GOOD about being this crazy.

I was pleasantly surprised (for both functional and aesthetic reasons) with the angles of the necks. 2-D photos don't do the instrument justice.

...I am editing this post to say I was referring to the AB thing. Drys, you're nutz. Funny stuff.

Have fun Jason! That thing will be a chick magnet!

I've gone the single A/B route. The guitar sounds fantastic through a tube amp. Really sweet & clear, so much so that you want to play clean all the time.
