Anyone able to buy them online? I've tried several times and the site can't process the request. Terrible. Why can't HOB just sell them directly if TM can't even do what they're supposed to do?

Ticketmaster is where I got them from....I never saw the link go up on HOB.

I tried buying through T.M.'s website, using multiple browsers. No luck with any of them.

Then I called them and was told no VIP tickets left.

Glenn, are you going to the museum event also? I checked just for fun for some VIP tickets and there couldn't have been that many as there were none available at 10:02 (when tickets went on sale at 10). But if you're going to the museum event, just bring that stub to the HOB and it counts as an upgrade.

Thanks, Alisha. Unfortunately, that's a no can do with my schedule. I did get reg. tickets to the HOB event. So I just wanted to buy them from T.M.

Then I went to their online customer service area to write them an e-mail of my problem with their site but, alas, that's screwed up as well. I've never seen such a troublesome retail location on the web.

I got my order placed for the HOB tickets. I requested that they be at the "Will Call" window because I didn't bother with having them mailed/shipped to me.

My regular mailman is on vacation and yesterday, I received my neighbor's mortgage and bank statements.

That's funny, as long as one's not your neighbor.

I'm happy to be going. But T.M. ...ugh.

When service is this bad, it spells one thing; Monopoly.

Glenn, my neighbor is a state trooper & soon to be Texas Ranger. I know better than to mess with him.

Anyways, I just didn't want to chance a screwup with the ticket delivery and that's why I selected "Will Call".
