i completely agree. when i saw YES in May of 2003, they did their acoustic set, and he played a Martin acoustic bass... and man, i was amazed at how much of his sound was in his fingers and picking.

Honestly,,,,his bass couldnt be in a safer place.
I could just see someone trying to steal his bass at a confluence.
Can you visualize the huge mob of forumites chasing this guy ?

I agree. The confluences I have taken part in have had a very safe feeling and trust among the participants.
