I like "player" Shadows. Mine isn't beat up but isn't mint either. This means that I can actually enjoy playing this wonderful bass, without worrying too much about putting a dent in a museum piece.

Those aren't chips as the seller describes in the ad, those are gouges. I'd really love to have a Shadow, but that's a new seller, who doesn't take PayPal, so no bids from me. Doesn't answer emails, huh? Maybe because of the holiday?
