That reminds me of the time this guy brought in a str@t that had been modified with a chainsaw to install a humbucker in the bridge position. He was proud of his work and he insisted that we install a floyd rose. From that point on he became known to us at Alta Loma Music as "The Commander".

Fred, When I hear stories like yours a lot of names come to mind for guys like this, but somehow "The Commander" isn't one of them.

Makes me question Darwin's Theory of Evolution.

You had to see this guy. He always came in barefoot and looked like he just woke up. He was always coming in wanting this and that. Most of his ideas (99.999%) were insane.

It is in the process of being assembled. Eric finished painting it over the weekend and now Kenny just has to assemble it. And let me tell you, Eric did an outstanding job.

Indeed he did!

Plus I'm moving in with Mike* this week, so it will be at least next week (maybe the week after) before it's a fully operational battle station.


*Mike played two parts at the RIC75 thing: on guitar in my band at the hotel, and again on drums for Hautewerk at the HOB show.
