Don't give up the day jobs boys.
This is who frequents your forum these days, enjoy. Peter, I'm waiting...

Waiting for what Ben? Someone to be banned from the forum or a post to be deleted? I didn't realise this forum was an extension of the RIC corporate site...

Thanks, Eddie, that pretty much sums up everything. You know how demanding I have been lately, ordering people to be banned and have negative posts deleted. Congratulations on your William Young 1997, it certainly has given you a new persona.

Peter, please deactivate my account already.

I'm so glad you liked the William Young mods Ben, although it's actually a Rose Morris 1993 spec not a 1997.

I don't quite follow your comment about my "new persona". If you bother to look back on my posts on here over the past couple of years I think you'll find I've been very consistent, although I guess with all the NPD workload at the factory you may be too busy to do that.

Anyhow, all the best and in your absence from this forum I'll be keeping an eye out for your news at your RIC Facebook page.

This forum is based on good fellowship, kindness and sharing information. That was an uncalled-for remark by JANGRO!

+1

It's like the people who slag on the last band that was on SNL because it's not their style... get on SNL yourself and then we'll talk. Don't hate.

I find this type of thing is a two way street. I can certainly recall comment/language eminating from the factory towards customers which could well have been regarded as pretty blunt...but those seem to have been deemed to be acceptable. If you're gonna have standards, they need to be applied and respected consistently.

Those from the factory follow unkind remarks or posts from people who think they know what best for RIC from behind their computers.

I just banned Jangro.
I didn't even see his thread, I just got a report on the guy from one of the users, looked at his 9 posts and 8 of them were insulting to other members.
I normally don't do moderation jobs but this time (and I hope that Peter is okay with that) I banned him.
I am always against any kind of censorship and I have always said that, but I am also against ***holes who pollute our forum.

Ben, I don't understand why would you leave. But it's your call.
So long and thanks for all the fish!
