It was a long haul for our friend Harry as well...lot's of hoops to jump through. Now that his wife is here, begins the process of getting her ok'ed to work...she's a teacher. Congrats again..in advance Greg

Back to tape echo units...has anyone played with two guitarists both using a tape echo...was wondering about pitch variations...we will be trying this in a couple of weeks after Paul returns from Rickland. I'm thinking that Randy California played into a fuzz then into a pair of echo units?

Saw Spirit live in '69...Randy's sound messed up my head. I believe there was some sort of stereo thing going on (no PA for guitars--just their amps). They all played huge Acoustics with multiple cabs, blue grille coth and big ol' horns. First time I ever saw Acoustic amps being played live.

Saw Spirit play at The Rose Palace Pasadena in the 70's...awesome...when they were on they were great. The Rose Palace was a short lived venue..saw Procol Harum, Sons Of Champlin and Led Zep there also...

Yah, I suspect I'll be following the process your friend Harry did soon enough. Should be 90 days from what I've read before they get her a work permit and SSN. Thanks again for the congrats. I'll post pics once we're hitched, if anyone can remember that long from now. Image

I"ve only seen one person using a tape echo live, and that was a guy using just a hint of it with a vintage echoplex. It sounded really cool though!
