Hmmm, a Willbury? I dunno, at the rate he was going, I think he'd have had a better chance of being a Pillsbury. ;)

I don't remember exactly where I was 30 years ago when Elvis died. However, in Aug 78 I was working at a downtown Memphis hotel. We had over 200 rooms booked by British fans, who came over on the first anniversary of his death. Also staying at the hotel that week were Chevy Chase and Jane Curtin, who were in town doing a "How I Spent My Summer Vacation" for SNL.

And wouldn't you know it, that was the weekend that the Memphis Police and Fire Departments decided to go on strike, resulting in a city wide dusk-to-dawn curfew.
