Barry Mitterhoff has been playing mandolin with Jorma (and Tuna) for several years now. And I hate to admit it, but I enjoy Barry's solos more than I do Jorma's.
However, when they go electric, I think the Mandobird sounds kind of out of place.

I have one of these, lent to me for awhile. Balalaikas are fun, albeit weird to play.
