Because Americans spell certain words differently Sheena, English "favourite" is favorite in States.

Colour in English is Color in States.

Potato is Potatoe according to one of their ex Vice Presidents.

Yes, i've heard about differences in spelling. Hmmm, strange. "Colour" and "humour" aren't highlighted, and "favour" isn't either, but "favourite" is?

Yeah and he was smarter than our current (bleep). I had a video of his ahem... statements years ago, Dan Quayle, haha!
