Not yet. Shortly after buying it I happened to find a bass I used to own but had to sell on E-bay. It's a custom ordered 1985 Boogie Bodies bass that John Paul Jones ordered but never picked up. Has a solid rosewood neck and a chambered rosewood body. Amazing bass. I was just talking about it with a friend, wishing I had kept it, and there it was on E-bay that night! Short of it is I'm now going to sell the 4001 to pay for it so I probably won't get around to ditching the cap before I sell it.

Ooooowww, tough one, but totally understandable. Funny how the fates work! Hmmm, I was just talking about the lottery ticken that got away.... :lol:
