The two knob control setup is a nice touch; it gives the guitar a very streamlined appearance!

I had my first opportunity to play a C58 this past weekend during the confluence. Wes Mitchell generously let me try out his Bigsby-equipped 325 C58. I had not played a 3/4 scale Rickenbakcer within memory, and I was surprised at how easily I was able to fret chords and notes, even at the upper frets, and I do not have slim fingers by any stretch of the imagination.

Great job from start to finish on your guitar, and thanks for sharing its history in words and photos. :D

Thanks for the continued compliments everyone.

By MARF III it will be ready to played through an amp, all the wiring will be in place.

The whole "Lennonizing" thing is really intriguing, but you've taken yours to a whole other level on par with folk art. Well done, John.

Yes, it will be there. I just about have the p/ups sorted out...Dan McNabb was a huge help in getting it back toward making it live again when plugged in... :D
