As the originator of this thread I feel I should point out I had no problems with the avatars, Paul. They hurt my eyes, sure, so I just chose not to look at them, like many people should do with their TV's... but that's for another forum. So please, everyone, don't think I went and complained! Gloves off? I did it to tweak people in a pesky sort of childish way. And, gloves off, it worked...the pesky kid in me got to some of our more sensitive folks.

Personally I thought the picture of four eyes had more going for it than the flower pot holding the bear up.................. Why would people be offended? That is not logical at all. It's all good clean fun people! Where's Spock when we need him?
