1) Tony Banks (another vote from me). Pretty good with a 12 string too.
2) Bob Wiseman - Blue Rodeo pre-1992. Unbelievable to watch.

Let's not forget Scott Thurston (Tom Petty, Jackson Browne, Glenn Fry), Jimmy Greenspoon (Three Dog night), and Brian Kehew (Who, Dave Davies)- all killer musicians.
