Got mine together, too. It's a concerto for flugelhorn, trombone and 12 string in three movements. I played everything but the solo.

Looking forward to hearing your newbie too, Mel. Is Steve going to submit it for the CD under his name, your name, or do you guys have a band name? You're also welcome to submit some of your solo stuff that I've heard on your Myspace page. I'm hoping you do.

Mark, he will submit the song under both of our names as a collaborative effort.... I wrote the song and came up with the basic arrangement of it, and he embellished it with a new bass line (borrowed from the basic idea I had) and guitar layers (a rockin' 330 and an SG) to make it much better than I could have on my own. I may also submit Dreamer's Eyes, which I have up on my MySpace site. It has a lot of nice 12-string Rickensound.... But I recorded that one before I had my good condenser mic, and before I really knew what I was doing, so the quality of the recording is not as good as my more recent songs.

I think I'll just FedEx a CD to you Mark. I don't know how to get a proper wav file from a CD. Anything I have in electronic form is unmastered; the CD that came back from DiscMakers is the finished product. pm sent again... Cheers, J
