So it has been finalised as expected Kira. I am so happy for you and JD. Congrats. :D

I'm also glad for you too, Kira. I don't know how I missed this thread.

And Paul, best wishes with the migraine situation. My wife Patrice, suffers from them occasionally. And personally, I know what life with no beer is like. The Doc. took that off my list when she prescribed a certain medication for my psoriatic arthrtis. It wasn't a hard choice to make: drink all the beer I want all crippled up and in pain in a wheelchair, or play music with my friends and band mates while I forgo the beer.

Best wishes for you both. Though we've never met in person, I feel the world would be much the poorer without the both of you.

Fantastic news Kira! 3 times now today you have made me feel good reading something you have posted. I think that is reflective of your personality, shining a happy light on a gloomy day. Wish I could do that more, but my broker says I own too much stock in gloomy days

Hopefully, this piece of good news will help ease your physical situation. We all want to see you jamming again on stage, and gracing us with your presence at the next confluence. I certainly couldn't be so positive in a situation like that, thanks for showing me that it can be done. :D

Here's to your full recovery!

Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts. I do feel like a great weight of worry has been lifted. The sense of community I have taken from the forum has been a major factor in keeping my spirits up as much as possible the last ten months since I joined. Now that I've won the physical resources I lacked, I expect my activity level to rise also.

Went for a walk today, sun was blazing, that went well, back here for more forum madness. We'll keep you all posted

Kira, I don’t know I missed this tread either..??? I always knew you as Kira the sweet lady on the forum who posted some cool tunes as well as some very insightful witty commentary. Sp now I add who is enduring I guess. The fact that you won the decision is great news indeed!! At the very least I hope this can help make it more bearable if not totally eradicate your pain. My thoughts and prayers are with you – congratulations I am so very happy for you!
