You haven't kept any of the boxes from the instruments you've purchased?

I keep at least two cartons (and bubble stuff) on hand at all times for just these type of situations.

But since you're doing this for someone else anyway, yeah, just buy the boxes and charge the price to the buyer.

Double box it. Check whether the guitar fits snugly in the case. Add extra padding where necessary, especially in the headstock area. Happy shipping! Regards.....Goofyfoot.

MY New 4003 was shipped from Mi USA via USPS to Australia , in its OHS case with the original box around it, detuned a little . Arrived after 2 weeks in transit..Perfect
