Actually, with the deeper tones it can produce, I am stringing it BEAD. Still need the replacement string to show up.

By the way, the most versatile Rick bass is mine, whichever is in my hands at the time...

HAhahaha!! Right, as long as you mean hard-headed!

I have SIT Power Flats on my V63, and with the treble tone on the HS rolled completely off, the sound is very Macca from WOA 1976. I have DR nickel Lo-Riders on my C64 for a little more twang when I need it. Using an Ampeg amp helps too.
