Acid making a comeback?

Good point Jeff. I thought Woodstock was the end.

Can't remember if, or when, or the 60's.

This is just a shot in the (uneducated) dark, but wasn't there a band a few years back that got some "fame" by doing a "solo" on some song by attacking a guitar with a chainsaw? Maybe this is a result of "Performance Art" on stage to draw attention.

"We're more depressed than that band, we'll chainsaw up a Rick! We don't care!"
Thanks!

Looks more like it was done with a "Sawzall" or sabre saw. The cuts are too "nice" for a chainsaw...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I'm sorry to say that this doesn't seem so...a glance at the photos below shows that there was some premeditation in the creator's art:
Hey, Perfesser JJ, are you sayin' that a 'scorned significant other' is incapable of premeditation? Oh, ho ho, I beg to differ...

Allow me to clarify: acid doesn't cause things like this. If there's a drug at work here, it's meth or pcp.

(...or the mask he's been using in the paint booth has a bad leak...)
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...

I dunno...there was some bad acid going around last March that could possibly been at play here.

It needs more work if that's the case (no pun intended).
