One other important role that this forum plays, and that has dawned on me only after some many postings. I have in the RRF a kind of public journal, a record of my interests, my conversation and movements over time. If anybody is interested later on in an artist who loved Rickenbacker guitars they can find it in my postings. I feel safe that the public side of my journals (re: music, humor and ricks) will be nicely archived for posterity, unless Gil and Peter run out of space for all this nonsense down the road sometime
