Best Buy??

Hey, it's only about 2 hours to a town with a K-mart, a Sears, and a Walmart... which is a good thing.

A friend with access to the music trade mags and rags recently told me that Best Buy is getting into MI sales. GC owns Music 123 and Musician's Friend. GC was bought out by Dane Financial. GC, which has been known to ask its suppliers for terms, has asked for new terms. Apparently, most have refused. Also apparently, Dane bought a pig in a poke and the return on investment on GC is poor and the parts may be broken up and spun off. That leaves the field open for BB to come in and take over.

The invisible hand of the market is at work.
