These are songs with simple bass lines well done, which really lets you hear the mwah and cry that a fretless bass is capable of.
On The Turning Away - Pink Floyd.
Even Flow - Pearl Jam.
Black - Pearl Jam

Thanks Aitch, I would have also mentioned "Hey You" by Pink Floyd, but I don't think the whole song (studio version) features a fretless bass, just the beginning and and bass solo part in the song. The rest sounds more like fretted bass to me.
Brian, if you dig those two Pearl Jam songs, Listen to "Once" by Pearl Jam from the Ten album. cool song, cool fretless bass playing and tone. The song just not as popular as the others I'd mentioned.
Every Time You Go Away - by Paul Young, is a pop song with some nice fretless playing and tone that I think was done by Pino Palladino.
