A bowl of generic rice chexs over fresh blueberries with 1/2% cold milk. Washed it down with Costa Rican water-process decaf coffee w/half-and-half, in my RRF cup, of course!

Sad to say it was not payday today.. not that it matters much.. canned green beans with vinegar.. chocolate chip cookie for desert.

Grilled a burger, a pinch of salt,2 pinches of garlic powder,a pinch of cajun seasonong,and 2 shakes of ground white pepper,well mixed in the cow.Topped with a slice of Kraft American, on a Wonder cable bun,lettcce anf ketchup.
Washed down with a Mex Coke.(Brrrp

Leftover chicken parmesan from last night's dinner - the central component being the most exquisite home-made sauce created from (among other things) cherry tomatoes and basil from our garden. I told my wife she should figure out a way of mass-producing it to take care of our retirement.

Coffee, Ibuprofen, coffee. Progresso Chicken Gumbo soup, coffee, Ibuprofen, coffee.
(Worked a gig last night, didn't get much sleep,went to bed mad about the job.
A few too many annoying patrons.)
