"Long Distance Run Around" is a great idea! I've been running scales and remembering a few more simple lines a friend suggested The Jam, Start and that was a lot of fun. I had forgotten how much fun this is!

As to the 'blue tint': Both of my Olympus digital cameras, my older D-400Z and my newer Evolt E-500, have difficulty in rendering red well. I'm thinking that it's something with the CCD itself, not the optics, but that's only speculation. The E-500 has a gazillion control features, and some day I might actually be able to fully understand all of them enough to be able to correct for this deficiency.

BTW, the point of my picture was the grain in the maple, not the color, anyway ... :wink: :lol:

The tiger grain is very visible and very beautiful. The Sun is out and if there's time I'll try to get a shot. Good luck with the adjustments.
