I was going to post specifically to say Mike Score from Flock of Seagulls (who apparently was a hairdresser if you can believe that) but ... someone linked Sigue Sigue Sputnik!!!

I actually enjoyed Sigue Sigue Sputnik, if simply because I had never heard of any album that was so shamelessly commercial and it was sorta refreshing in the sense that at least they were honest. They even had one tune that was nothing more than a commercial for Loreal.

I'm not even sure who these guys are. I downloaded the photo once as an example of bad 80's band hair, but I didn't make a note of the band's name.

I had an Economics teacher from 2006-2008, whom I was very close friends with and confided in with on a regular basis, who was a fan of them growing up, probably still is. He is also a big Beatles and Who fan, so we can't hate him for that, can we?
