I've purchased 2 Rickenbackers from Musicians Friend , both were reasonably priced and shipped quickly. I'd recommend them if the easiest access you have is ordering online
one was a 2009 4003FG the other a 360/12 MG. I also ordered a 2007 (New,Old Stock) 650C JG from Apple Music Row in Portland Oregon, they were VERY informative , helpful and courteous!! plus the price could not be beat, and it only took a couple days to arrive.

I can only speak positive about Olivia's. Though they are no authorized dealers I can recommend the professional way they serve their customers, very friendly people. A preowned 660 came over here in perfect condition, doubleboxed and packed perfectly inside , strings loosened slightly, shipping for reasonable price - tracked. It's a good adress for us europeans to get hands on assorted preowned Ricks in like new condition for a reasonable price (..well, Ricks are more pricy over here anyway..) . The way they present their goodies on ebay with perfect photos can be considered as exemplary.
