What a lovely guitar. That color looks wonderful with the guard and TRC. Speaking of which, don't you just love the way that TRC just about makes it to the end of the headstock...

Thanks for all the kind words. Egosleep ask for a little history, so here goes. I got the guitar in 1960-62. I was in a band (beach stuff) in Jr High and had a really good time playing around. Played through High School then kind of started doing other things. It has kind of been sitting in the case until now.

So David, why did you choose the elusive Combo 850 over say, a Stratocaster?

I always had to be a little different. The Fenders were way cool but I really liked my Rick.
