The pricelist is based on actual sales. While it may be too high for some, it was just right for at least one buyer. As Gil indicates more data is required before a range can be determined. The pricelist is, however, a beginning at least. Thanks to all who continue to work on the the Register and Pricelist.

when I look up prices for 2030 basses, the list (for me) only goes to Jan 2011, nothing later. Are the lists updated periodically, or am I doing something wrong?

It simply means we have no knowledge of any 2030 sold on ebay since Jan 2011.

Ebay items are being automatically inserted into a "working queue" in which a few members are scanning daily to add new instruments all the time.
The ebay scan runs every 4 hours so only if an instrument was added and sold withing 4 hours - we will miss it.
