You're right, Ryan. It was actually made at the beginning of the 4004C run, and of course, 4001 wouldn't have been applicable at all. I keep thinking that if it was abandoned at a storage facility/unit, someone should have records as to who was paying the rent up until they stopped. Sure wish we could solve the mystery.

I can report (without naming) the RCA bass has landed in a Forumite's collection. Whew! I will be able to get excellent photos from the collector for use in my project. If the Forumite wants to come forward or not, that's cool.

Paul, when is the conclusion of your project?

I have to admire Paul B for his passion in getting this book together. Seems like forever, although it was 2006 When I first met Paul and he was beginning this project,. A true labor of love.

PS - congrats to whoever got the RCA bass. Gotta believe that's a keeper.
