Booked hotel.
The wife might even come along for this one! I booked Friday and Saturday nights. I assume there will be a Friday night gathering?

I imagine we'll take off from DC around 1pm to avoid rush hour nightmares. The traffic here is nuts.

I may be close to working this out. As it turns out, my family will be in Baltimore on the 16th. That's about two hours away from POTR's! I wouldn't be able to stay long because we would then be pressing on toward Florida, and I would have to duct-tape my kids' hands together so they don't touch anything!

As of this writing, we are about 50% full at the Hampton Inn....just want to emphasize making your arrangements as quick as you can....we may add another Hotel and additional info to the mix soon.

Amtrak - I'd have to leave Thursday morning to get there Friday afternoon....... how inefficient..... train is out.....

my kid plans on touching everything! In fact he's so caught up with friends now, I'm surprised he still wanted to go but, he actually reminded me the other day.
