Does anybody know the tension of the original Rickenbacker strings and the Pyramids?

When changing to TIs, I took the ones with the lowest tension. Fortunately TI offers a chart of the tensions at their homepage.

Comparing the different tension could say more about the possibility if these cracks even could be effected by the strings.

I don't know the tension of Pyramids, but I have seen first hand the damage they can do. I have used TIs without issue.

Here are the single tensions of the TI's (JS 110) I use:

To know the tensions of the compressed round wounds from Rickenbacker would be nice.

For anyone interested in comparative tensions of TIs, Pyramids and D'Addarios, I located the attached chart on the String Guy website. I PDFed the info, adding some colour to make it easier to read. Source link is noted at the bottom of the list. The means by which the figures were determined is not noted, so I don't think we can necessarily claim scientific method. Still, it's interesting if you're into it.
