I don't believe the tailpiece is a Winfield 12 hole. This one is angled, then straightens out for about 3-4 mm parallel to the nut near the high E strings. The Winfield is not authentic in this regard and is just one long angle. My 6-string 1964 with trapeze looks exactly like this one (without the 12 holes of course). This one appears to have 6 more holes drilled into it.

Years ago, Don A. made a number of trapeze tailpieces just like this one.
