I can fully understand why you'd make this comment with regard to a Capri reissue John. Clearly seems like a big job to me.

However, to swap the slash hole jig to an f-hole and use a C63 unbound neck with dot inlays (presumably less work than a bound neck with triangle inlays) would actually produce a 1993 reissue with no extra work/cost (and arguably less for the reason I mentioned) over a 360/12C63. It seems many of your loyal customers are waiting to buy one of these guitars. Perhaps you'd care to give your considered business judgement on that one.

Given we have loyal customers currently stacked up 18-24 months for product we already have in production, what would be the business logic of making another model that would backlog things further?

That doesn't mean it wouldn't be a cool instrument but I can think of a dozen other reissues and clean sheet designs which are just as deserving.
